Stefania is a passionate and valuable Chef, ready to delight guests with her Mediterranean specialties. Stefania has been working in the catering field since 1990 gaining an excellent knowledge of national and international cuisine from appetizers to desserts. Having born by the crystal sea of Sardinia, Stefania found it natural to employee in the Nautical field, working as Chef aboard sailing and motor yachts.Specialized in seafood dishes, Stefania pays particular attention to the choice of ingredients and their origin. Italian mothertongue, she speaks a basic level of French, English and German.
