Perini, 82 feet. MALIZIA is an 82ft/25m Perini Navi sailing yacht built in 1989 and refit in 2021/2022, set up for guests who actually want to sail and still live comfortably.
Sleeps seven, sensibly. Accommodation is for 7 guests in 3 en-suite cabins, including a master with a king bed plus two further cabins to keep a mixed group (or family) straightforward. No cabin roulette.
Cockpit life works. The cockpit is built for long lunches and low-effort lounging, with an awning and the option for added wind protection when you want to stay outside without negotiating with the weather.
Watersports without drama. A Williams Turbojet tender makes water time quick, and the toy list covers the crowd-pleasers: wakeboard, water skis, towable donut, 3 SUPs, a two-seater inflatable kayak, windsurfs, and snorkelling kit.
Comfort basics are covered. Full air conditioning (updated in 2022) and onboard Wi‑Fi keep the practicalities handled, with TVs in the saloon and cockpit for downtime that does not require a group vote.

Charter Price
From €24,000 to €32,000 per week, plus 35% APA.
Plus Expenses arrangement — boat and crew only, without tip.
All prices generated as a guide. Availability subject to confirmation. Gratuity discretionary, typically 5%–25% of the base price. APA rate as published in the yacht’s rate sheet.
Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.
