Modern Custom Line. RARE GEM is a 2022 Custom Line Navetta 30 at around 93–94 feet, built for guests who want a newer yacht with sensible space and easy living.
Tri-deck, no fuss. The tri-deck layout gives you multiple outdoor zones to rotate through, including a dedicated alfresco dining area on the upper deck aft. Good for long lunches. Short walk to the next seat.
Steady and swim-ready. Stabilizers at anchor help keep things calmer when you are parked up, and the swim platform plus outdoor shower make it simple to bounce between the sea and the decks without turning the interior into a wet zone.
Toys for water time. You have a Williams Sport Jet 435 tender (for up to 8), three SEABOBs, wakeboards, adult water skis, paddleboards, plus snorkelling and fishing gear, so the day’s plan can be “water first, repeat.”
Sleeping setup. RARE GEM sleeps up to 11 guests in 5 cabins: a master suite, two VIPs, and two twins (one convertible to a double, and one with a Pullman).

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a yacht like RARE GEM, the expected APA is not defined for this type of yacht. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
