Growing up in the sunny Bay of Plenty on the coast of the North Island, New Zealand, the sea and sun lifestyle was a part of everyday living. Caitlin’s childhood with her three siblings was spent adventure-seeking and exploring the outdoors and enjoying large family gatherings at their beach house. She earned a Bachelor of Visual Communication Design at Massey University, Wellington. Fresh out of university, Caitlin worked in a marketing and branding agency. There she was in her element, creating and implementing new marketing and promotional material. In 2015 she was ready to see more and do more, so she booked a one-way ticket to the South of France and hasn’t looked back since! Caitlin loves the fast pace of a charter while working together with a team whose common goal is to exceed the charter guests’ expectations.
