Description: Erasmo began his career as a deck cadet working on board Container ships. He had his first command at a young age, since then Erasmo has worked on board many yachts such as the Ferretti 731, the Pershing 80, the Azimut 72 FLY, the Evo Marine Deauville 76, always ensuring the best experience possible and making clients happy. This has proved him with excellent yachting knowledge. Erasmo has sailed thousands of miles worldwide, but just like when he was a child, his favorite destination is the Amalfi Coast. 
He is ready to both go the extra mile for any task required and ensure that guests have a safe and enjoyable time on board. When he is able to take shore leave, Erasmo enjoys watching tv and discovering new places around the world.

Description: Marco spent his childhood onboard boats in Amalfi Coast. He is dynamic, determined and attentive. By joining the yachting industry he has turned his passion for the sea into a career. Marco enjoys meeting new people, cruising and discovering new locations. Prior to LUCKY, he worked on board several motor yachts, getting an extensive amount of sea miles under his belt. You will never find Marco without a smile on his face. With his sunny personality, he is able to offer an unforgettable experience to guests. Marco’s biggest virtue is his tenacity. When he has free time, he can be found  running or playing football.  Deckhand Marco looks forward to offering his highest standard of professionalism.

Description: Paola is a young Neapolitan whose background in nursing brings something genuinely distinctive to her role on board: a natural empathy, a calm presence under pressure and an instinctive attentiveness to the needs of others that no amount of hospitality training can replicate. Graduating from the University of Naples Federico II with a degree in nursing, she has spent the past two years balancing her studies with two consecutive seasons as a yacht hostess, gaining hands-on experience in cabin management, daily guest service, meal support and onboard housekeeping.
Alongside her on-water experience, years of restaurant service at the well-regarded Boccon del Cardinale have given her a confident, polished approach to table service, mise en place and working in rhythm with a kitchen team. Her background as a children's entertainer adds another dimension entirely, making her especially well suited to family charters where flexibility and warmth matter as much as professionalism.

Nicoletta has more than 10 years of experience; during her career she worked in various restaurants gaining great culinary skills. Chef Nicoletta will do her best to satisfy all guests' requirements and wow guests’ taste buds. She can cater to specific dietary requirements.
Nicoletta also loves traveling which enables her to discover new flavors, ingredients and recipes. Chef Nicoletta enjoys working with healthy organic products and preparing delicious vegetarian recipes focusing on fresh, healthy dishes. Nicoletta looks forward to creating bespoke menus for LUCKY’s guests.
