Description: For Annamaria, the sea and the kitchen have always been inseparable. A Neapolitan at heart, she has spent nearly two decades bringing the warmth of Mediterranean cuisine to charter yachts across Italy, France, Spain, and Greece, cooking with the seasons, sourcing with care, and feeding guests as though they were family.
Her charter career spans an impressive roster of vessels, from the 80-foot Tolida III in the Tyrrhenian to the 130-foot Tananai cruising to Greece, and most recently aboard the 100-foot MY Life operating out of Naples. Along the way she has taken full ownership of the galley, menu planning, provisioning, cambusa accounting, while lending a hand on deck whenever needed.
Rooted in traditional Mediterranean flavours yet genuinely curious about other culinary traditions, Annamaria brings both technical rigour and soulful cooking to every charter table.
