A real 1947 Trumpy. TIMELESS is an 80-foot motor yacht built by Trumpy in 1947 and refit in 2020, for clients who want classic American craftsmanship without giving up modern basics like air conditioning and stabilizers.
Outdoor living, sorted. Generous walk-around decks and an aft deck set up around a custom varnished teak oval dining table for eight. The kind of space where lunch turns into dinner without anyone moving seats.
Easy water days. A swim platform and an outdoor shower make the in-and-out routine painless, and the 40hp Zodiac tender gets you off the mothership quickly when you feel like roaming.
Seven guests, three cabins. She sleeps up to 7 in 3 en-suite suites: a primary queen, a VIP queen, and a third cabin with a double plus a single. There is also a forward card room with a day-bed that can sleep an additional guest.
Accommodation
Master Stateroom: The beautifully appointed master stateroom is located aft and features a queen size centerline berth with original framed mirror above and flanked by matching dressers with generous drawers on either side. A large flat-screen television is hidden when not in use. There are 2 large hanging lockers and a 3rd with deep shelves. Period bedside reading lamps are located on either side of the mirrors with easily accessible controls. Twin bench seats offer additional storage. There is individual air conditioning control and the ports have restored original hand-crafted varnished teak shutters to darken the cabin for a restful night’s sleep. The en suite bathroom features a teak and holly sole with a large washbasin, lighted storage, a large, tiled stall shower with seat and a Tecma fresh water flush head and traditional mirrored “medicine cabinet” that is original to the yacht.VIP Guest Cabin: Exiting the master stateroom, the starboard VIP guest cabin has a walk-around queen bed and a large bathroom that can be accessed through the cabin or via the hallway. There are two large dressers, generous hanging lockers, period lighting, ports with sliding room-darkening varnished teak shutters and private climate controls. The ensuite bath has a teak & holly sole, a large, tiled stall shower with teak grating, porcelain sink with mirrored original medicine cabinet, and Tecma fresh water flush head (toilet).
Guest Cabin 3: opposite the VIP cabin is the 3rd guest cabin that has been nick-named the “Nanny Cabin” -- as it has a lower double bed and upper single bed, a large hanging locker and generous dresser and the en suite bathroom is what is referred to as a “wet head” because it has an integral shower. The teak-grated flooring speeds drying after a shower and there is a sink with original mirrored medicine cabinet. The Nanny Cabin has air conditioning controls and ports with sliding room-darkening varnished teak shutters.
Built in the era when a game of bridge was a favorite past-time there is a “card room” forward on the main deck that has a day bed which can sleep a 7th guest. There is a day head in the salon with toilet & sink. Crew quarters are forward of the galley & completely separate from the guest areas, with private crew head & shower
