Italy remains one of the most in-demand regions for luxury yacht charter, thanks to its mix of world-class cruising grounds—Amalfi Coast, Sardinia, Corsica—and top-tier charter infrastructure. The fleet here leans larger and more luxurious, with many yachts offering features like beach clubs, saunas, and fully equipped gyms.
We toured over 200 yachts at the 2025 Med shows and selected the 10 luxury yacht charters in Italy that stood out for layout, crew excellence, and overall onboard experience. These are the ones worth chartering this season, starting from €115k/week.
Our Review of MAIA
MAIA is for guests who appreciate a minimal, elegant style. The interior is modern and refined, with a Scandinavian feel – light wood, white textured fabrics, and quartz wall features in each cabin. Easily the most modern interior I’ve seen at the show so far. Finishes are excellent throughout.
Captain Philip has completed over 200 charters, and it shows – everything is run with precision. He keeps a consistent crew of 11, including two full-time chefs, which says a lot about the standard onboard.
Fuel efficiency is impressive: only 70 liters per hour at 11 knots, meaning the APA is just 25% – very rare for a yacht of this size (most are around 35%).
Her cabin layout is very versatile, and there is an extra Pullman bed, perfect for a nanny or staff member.
The sundeck is completely covered in soft mats for sunbathing, which I really like.
Water toys are generous – 2 of everything (jet skis, seabobs, kayaks, paddleboards, e-foils), plus large floating mats and a floating island lounge with shade.
A standout feature is the hydraulic drop-down stern, with wide steps leading right to the water – beautifully done. There’s also a dedicated gym with a sauna.
Our Review of SABBATICAL
SABBATICAL stood out because it delivers high‑end in a compact size for a very good price. Based in Cannes with access to the French Riviera and the Italian coast, it gives flexibility.
The interior got a lot of “wow” reactions from our team—the clean, bright white fit‑out with light marble and silver rails feels fresh.
The foredeck table lowering to a sun‑platform works brilliantly when underway—wind in the hair, full view. The top deck is strong for social groups: a round bar, a jacuzzi, and sun‑beds.
The crew was present and professional from the minute we boarded. If you want a yacht under 120 ft that punches above its size in mood and usability, this is it. From ~€125k/week.
Our Review of AWAY
We are visiting motor yacht AWAY at the Sanremo Show 2025.
She is a very family-oriented yacht, with a young and energetic crew. The layout is flexible: two twin cabins with extra Pullman beds, and they’ve previously installed cots for guests with babies.
Inside, the muted, warm lighting and darker palette give a cozy, homely feel – a nice contrast from the bright, open outdoor spaces. We really liked the bridge deck, which features a large TV and a view out the back. It leads directly to the aft deck, with a dining table and lounge area.
The top deck has a bar, bean bag lounge, a jacuzzi, and sun beds. The foredeck adds even more sunbathing space.
AWAY feels big for 125 ft, and the artwork onboard – sculptures, shells, photography – gives it a lot of personality.
Our Review of TITIAN PEARL
We were onboard TITIAN PEARL at the Sanremo show, a wonderful superyacht which our broker Yanna Pristas has already chartered with great success.
TITIAN PEARL has just been through a major €6 million, 2.5‑year refit so she’s in mint condition — visibly.
The interior is classically contemporary, the symmetry and framing of spaces give a strong visual impact. She would be absolutely perfect for weddings or honeymooners who want an elegant-looking stage.
Then you flip the script: we witnessed a 70s‑style disco event onboard with full decor and props, proving the yacht can deliver serious fun without losing tone.
Her water toy set is also strong (from jetski to scuba) and outdoor zones are generous. Ideal for clients who want style and social energy. From ~€160,000/week.
Our Review of KIJO
Onboard Superyacht KIJO in Sanremo.
Everything is brand new and in mint condition! Though built in 2003, the 144‑ft Heesen is clearly refit or maintained to ‘brand new’ status — steel, leather, marble surfaces in intricate patterns gave it a seriously high‑end feel. She is nothing less than a masterpiece.
KIJO does the Monaco Grand Prix every year – she has a spot on the dock so you can watch the racetrack right from the aft deck, and she can host 100 guests for static charters. (She also does the Lions event in Cairns).
A popular itinerary onboard KIJO is Monaco to San Tropez – party cruise. She has previously hosted families, friend groups, and football teams.
If you’re booking a yacht for large groups or high‑profile events but still want luxury and finish, KIJO hits both. From ~€160,000/week.
5. DAWO | 121 ft
Our Review of DAWO
Onboard motor yacht DAWO at the MYBA Yacht Show in Sanremo 2025.
A brand new Benetti in the old style!
Arrived straight from the shipyard here to the show in Sanremo.
Blue and white neutral colors – Inspired by the 1960s old-style Benetti – Very on point!
The all-Croatian crew came from another yacht together. (DAWO only does charters in Croatia.)
Fantastic sun deck with a big round table with a lazy Susan, bar, grill, and lounge.
Jacuzzi on the bow + controls for the Captain so he can drive from here.
DAWO is on my radar!
Our Review of LA PELLEGRINA I
Onboard LA PELLIGRINA I in Nafplion. She charters all over the Med and would be a perfect luxury yacht for longer itineraries such as Amalfi-Sardinia-Corsica.
LA PELLEGRINA I is built with a carbon and Kevlar structure and a military-grade hull. This means she is very fast (up to 28 knots), but fuel use stays low for her size.
The master cabin is truly grandiose and opens onto its own private aft deck – a rare feature. The top deck layout is also smart, with glass doors that slide closed to block the wind. She would be brilliant in all weather!
Our Review of INCAL
INCAL is one of the few yachts we saw where the design actually tells a story. The entire interior is themed around the French graphic novel “L’Incal” — with pieces from the books throughout the boat. It’s not gimmicky; it really works.
One of the most impressive spaces onboard is the Master cabin, which has 2 fold-down balconies, one on either side, plus a large shower with a hammam.
The outdoor dining tablescape blew us away – mostly done in the ceiling, like a blooming paper flower installation. The table was simple, but the setup was bold in the best way. INCAL is for charterers who want something visually different but still high-end. From ~€195,000/week.
Our Review of BEATRIX
Onboard BEATRIX in Sanremo. At 164 ft, she’s laid out in a clean, minimal style with warm tones and high-end art throughout.
What stood out to us was the accessibility: an elevator connects all decks, making it fully wheelchair-friendly – rare in this size range and a common request.
The wellness amenities are fantastic, with both a gym and a sauna onboard. The sundeck is open and functional, with plenty of sunbeds. It’s a clean, confident yacht with everything you’d expect from a luxury yacht. From ~€210,000/week.
Our Review of DA VINCI
Onboard motor yacht DA VINCI at the MYBA Yacht Show in Sanremo 2025.
DA VINCI made our list because it’s bold. The interior doesn’t play it safe; it goes all out, with glass, marble, bold fabrics, and fun features like the hidden bar that rises out of the countertop at the push of a button. This is truly impressive work done by designer Maxine Tissenbaum.
The foredeck is what really stands out: most yachts ignore that space, but here it’s fully used, with a big sunpad, jacuzzi, and dining area, all with open views.
For families, there’s a dedicated kids’ room with 4 bunks! DA VINCI feels like a yacht that actually commits to being different. From ~€225,000/week.
