Classic sail, modern updates. QUARTA SANTA MARIA is an 85-foot sailing yacht built in 1993 and refit in 2021/2023, with Sparkman & Stephens design notes in the mix. She sleeps 10 guests in 5 cabins, so you get a proper sailing experience without playing musical beds.
Easy water access. The large swim platform (new as of 2021) makes the day simple: swim, board the tender, repeat. No gymnastics off the stern.
Toys that get used. For water time, she carries a 4.6m AB inflatable tender (50hp) plus a tight, guest-friendly line-up: wakeboard, water skis, towable toys, kayaks, snorkelling gear, and fishing equipment including big game fishing gear.
Cabins with logic. Five en-suite cabins keep privacy straightforward, including an aft master with a double bed, two VIP double cabins, and two twin cabins with Pullman berths for flexible family or mixed-group setups. Air conditioning and Wi‑Fi are onboard for the non-sailing hours.

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
